User Data Deletion
If you used AisedPro products or connected your Facebook / Instagram account to our Meta app, you can request deletion of personal data associated with that connection.
How to request deletion
- Send a deletion request by SMS/WhatsApp/call to +91-9886052610 (Pramod A G), or write via the contact options on aisedpro.in.
- Include: your name, Facebook/Instagram username (if applicable), and the email used with Meta/AisedPro.
- We will verify the request and delete or anonymize associated personal data within 30 days.
- We will confirm completion by the same contact channel when possible.
What we delete
- Stored Meta access tokens and connection records for your account
- Profile identifiers we stored from Facebook/Instagram for the integration
- Account contact details you provided to AisedPro for that service, where legally allowed
What may remain
- Content already published on your Facebook Page or Instagram account (you can delete those posts in Meta apps)
- Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
- Records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (retained only as required)
Remove the app from Meta yourself
You can also revoke AisedPro’s access anytime in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove AisedPro. After revocation, send us a deletion request if you also want server-side data removed.
